SEMO H.O.G. Chapter meets on the first Tuesday of every month at the Cape Girardeau Elks Club at 7:00 p.m. Our Meetings will now be held on the first floor (Same room as we have the Leather and Lace Dance)
Meal starts at 6:00 when provided Contact Dave Tucker if you would like to provide a meal for an upcoming meeting.
Come chat with old friends .... Better yet, come make some new friends!
The next meeting will be February 7, 2012.
Come on out to the meeting and enjoy, good food, good friends, and a good time!!!

Saturday February 25, 2012 Leather and Lace Dance
Yes it is once again time for the best dance of the year. The Leather and Lace dance will be held at the Elks Lodge in Cape Girardeau. We need to get as much help from all HOG Chapter Members as we can to get the word out about the Dance. Each year we have a better turn out and a better time than the year before. If you know anyone that could donate an item for the auction it would be greatly appreciated. Get those items to Margaret and Jerry Sanders as they come in. Delivery of auction items is requested after February 1, 2012 if possible.
The money raised with this event will benefit both the USO and Toys for Tots. Silent Auction 7pm - 9pm Chas & the 16th Avenue Band 8pm - Midnight Admission $5 per person Public Welcome

2012 Events Calander
There will be some new rides as well as a few of the favorite past rides on the new events calander. It is looking like another good year is on the way. We certainly started the year out right with over 25 bikes and 35 members showing up at The Bayou during the Polar Bear Run on Jan 1. Remember, Bootheel donated a wreath to Wreaths Accross America for every rider that signed in at the dealership that day.
The event picture sections of this site are being modified at this time. There may be dead links on some areas from time to time as the pictures are being organized. When complete, each event will have its own page which will allow slower internet connections to load the page. I apologize for any difficulty you may have as you navigate the site until completed. Any SEMO HOG members that have event pictures that they would like to contribute are encouraged to e-mail them to garyeldridge@semohog.com. Please let me know the event the pictures are from.

Important Website Update!
The newest newsletter will now be posted, even before it has been printed and mailed. But, now, there are certain areas of our website that are password protected, as per National HOG instructions. Please contact Gary or Jill at garyeldridge@semohog.com or jilleldridge@semohog.com for the username and password. You must be on the current membership list. You can go to Bootheel Harley Davidson or attend a meeting to join. Dues are now $24 and $12.
The message board is now opened up again. With password protection, we can keep spammers off of it and keep all communications between current members only. The hope is to use this to set up impromptu rides and keep everyone up to date on everything. Please sign on and post away.
